Regarding your questions:
The problem is to get to Scopello by bus from Trapani. You will have to take a bus from Trapani to Castellammare del Golfo first and then another bus to Scopello.
Then the entrance to the reserve is about 2 km from the village centre.

But there are very few buses during the day and it’s very difficult to find up-to-date information about public transports in Sicily.

The easiest way is to go to the tourist office to get up-to-date information or to send them an email to this address: portaleturismo@provincia.trapani.it.
And this goes for all your other questions about buses from Trapani.

According to your itinerary, you will have no problem to do day 1, 2 and 5. For day 3 and 4, without a car, it might be complicated.

1. Is it a problem to walk from Scopello to the Riserva dello Zingaro at the beginning (2nd) of July?
2. Which is the first beach in the reserve from the side of Scopello?
3. Is there a public bus from Trapani centre to Erice, Vita del Capo, Scopello and Marsala?
4. Is there a way we can see the Paceco salt pans by public transport? Is it too far to walk from Trapani centre?
5. I have 4.5 days in Trapani, and I have planned it as follows:
a. day 1: 1/2 day…..walk around Trapani centre
b. day 2: full day……take Liberty craft and hire bikes and spend day on Favignana
c. day 3 : full day…..take bus to Vita del Capo. In the afternoon take bus to Marsala.
d. day 4: full day…..take bus to Scopello, walk to the Riserva dello Zingaro and spend the day there.
e. day 5: 1/2 day…..take bus to Erice and spend the morning there.
