Hi Julie,

As I say in the article, if you want a hotel near the Gold and Perfume Souks, you can stay in the Deira district. 
You&#039;ll find all my hotel suggestions for this district in the article.

From the souks, the Dubai Mall is a 20-minute cab ride or 40 minutes by public transport.
You can visit the souks in the morning and the Dubai Mall in the afternoon.
