Hello Henk,

Yes, you can do this 2-weeks itinerary in Andalusia next year by travelling by train and bus.

The only part that will be more complicated to visit without a car is the area around Ronda and the white villages (Arcos de la Frontera/Zahara de la Sierra). There is very little public transport.
