About Florence and its surroundings, it depends on which cities you want to visit.
You can off course rent a car but some of them like Pisa, Siena and the Cinque Terre are easily accessible by train.
There are also organized days trip from Florence with transport and guide included which can be a good option if you don’t want to drive.

You have several options for getting to Granada and Cordoba from Malaga.

First, you can hire a car. In this case, you should compare prices directly on Booking.com Cars (click here).
It’s the easiest way to see what’s available in August.
You’ll also find reviews from previous customers to help you decide which rental company to choose.

You can also book a day trip with transport included. The best ones are:
– Excursion to Granada with a visit to the Alahambra and the Nasrid palaces + free time in Granada.
– Excursion to Cordoba with a visit to the mosque-cathedral + tour of the historic centre.

The last option is to take the train:
– Approximately 1h20 journey time between Malaga and Granada.
– Approximately 1 hour from Málaga to Córdoba.

First of all, regarding the driving, it’s in my opinion easier in Sardinia. In Corsica, most of the coastal roads are winding and not very wide so it always take more time than expected to reach your destination.
However, they are in my opinion overall more beautiful than in Sardinia (you have beautiful roads in Sardinia too, but there are less. In Corsica, you have something to see more or less everywhere!)

If you like hiking, I advise you to choose Corsica. In Sardinia, there are more beaches than hiking possibilities.
I think Corsica would be perfect for anything you want, there is really everything on this island!
For the period, it will be very touristy on both islands, so I would say that’s a tie.

It is a 6 hour drive from Hereford to Glasgow. You don’t have the possibility to arrive directly in Scotland, in Glasgow or Edinburgh? It would be a lot easier!

If you just want to visit the city of Seville and not the surroundings, no need to rent a car. All the tourist attractions are located close to each other, so you can easily visit the city on foot.

And if it’s really too hot and you don’t want to walk, it’s better to take a bus, the tourist sightseeing bus (stopping at all the best places to visit in the city – needs to be booked here) or the taxi, as finding a parking space in the city can be really hard!
