The LoDo (Lower Downtown) district is the historic heart of Denver.
This neighborhood is known for its stunning Victorian architecture, converted warehouses, and bustling atmosphere, centered around the beautifully restored Union Station.
It’s the best area for a first time stay, with endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options right at your doorstep.
You should stay in this district if you want:

- To explore major attractions easily on foot, including sports venues and museums.
- If you love a lively nightlife scene, with everything from craft breweries to upscale cocktail bars.

The River North Art District, or RiNo, is Denver’s creative hub, known for its industrial-chic vibe.
This former industrial area is now filled with colorful street art, contemporary art galleries, craft breweries and eateries.
Staying in RiNo means immersing yourself in a dynamic neighborhood that’s perfect for those who love art and nightlife.
You should really stay in RiNo if you want:
